This chikoo powder will not only spice up your food but will also add aroma and flavour to dishes.
Chikoo powder can be used to prepare fruit salads, jam, jellies, desserts, ice creams, milkshakes, confectionery products, bakery products, weaning foods, and healthy beverages.

The bottle came in a good package. They did the best - plastic seal wrap on the lid, bubble wrap on the bottle. Still was a solid piece of rock when I opened it. It absorbed moisture and became so tough to get out of the bottle. I used everything from a spoon, knife, screwdriver to break pieces to get it out but they were soggy chunks. Then I grated those chunks with a microplane zester to use. That‘s when it worked. So I think they need to rework the storage/ transportation time. Perhaps silica gel packs (food grade friendly) would help to avoid this. Besides that, great idea for the flavour. I liked the flavour a lot but sadly had to throw away the rest of it. Too time consuming to salvage from a rock state of product.

Can be sweeter

Taste is good if I use 2 heaped teaspoons and a spoon of sugar to a glass ful of milk for milk shake Size is minute . The bottle comes to a little more than two thirds of my palm.
