First thing first, it is very good for chocklate. You cannot get better than this with chemicals (soy etc) in most brands. You may get hit or miss depending on condition it is stored. I mostly get it in good conditions. With frequent power cuts the inventory may not always be perfect.Now coming to snob part. First no seed is good for you. No plant would like you to eat it‘s babies and thus all seeds are very potent bioweapons. Only way to make it edible is through heating or fermentation or germination which might destroy bioweapons but then it will also deform the nutritions esp the proteins that are always sensitive to heats.Also, chocklates are high in oxalic acid. It has mg which is good but mind that bioweapon engymes and chemicals like oxalic acids are protecting it. So approach it with caution. You can get much better dose of minerals in leafy vegetables which again sadly has high oxalic acids. Darn... There is no good super food except organ meats on natural fed animals/birds. Sigh.
